A graduate of Hampton University in the field of sociology, Joe Smith takes a unique approach to understanding people, cultures, and the demographics that impact education. Joe strives to increase parent and community engagement through unique experiences of interaction disguised as learning. Joe’s a senior trainer, community relations facilitator, school district consultant, parent advisory developer, public speaker, Black student initiatives, and youth empowerment advocacy.
