OVERVIEW: Access to safe, habitable, and affordable housing is more than a basic need -- it is a human right.
The Urban League of San Diego County Housing & Financial Capabilities department offers a wide range of programs and services designed to address housing needs, financial literacy barriers, and access to basic economic resources in low-income and otherwise vulnerable communities.
Since the launching, in August 2021, the San Diego Black Homebuyer Program, the affiliate has assisted more than 40 first-time home buyers in achieving the American Dream of homeownership.
